But what if I told you that receiving pleasure is an act of worship? That every time you allow yourself to sink into the depths of true pleasure, you are communing with the Divine Feminine herself?

Money. Sex. Power. Love. Divinity. Ummm Chocolate. 
They all have one thing in common: they are all pathways of receiving forms of pleasure. And receiving is the key to unlocking the sacred pleasure that has always been your birthright. 

And the truth is: Pleasure is not sinful. It is not shameful. It is SACRED. Pleasure is the language of the divine, the way Spirit reminds you that you are alive, that you are worthy, that you are meant to receive.  It is often what needs to be felt and remembered when we are suffering too long in the heaviness of life. I'm talking deep soul satisfying pleasure and receiving it in all of its divine forms when it is needed to replenish us, to heal us, to lift us up.

In this way, sacred pleasure is not a luxury - it's a necessity.

It's time to redefine pleasure. It is not just a moment of indulgence or fleeting satisfaction. Sacred pleasure is the full embodiment of presence, the joy of being alive, the pure delight of your senses awakened. It is the laughter that spills from your lips, the warmth of sunlight on your skin, the lusciousness of a ripe fruit on your tongue. It is breathing deeply, stretching luxuriously, creating freely. Pleasure is the way your soul says ‘yes’ to life.

Pleasure is not just in the grand moments. It is in the sigh of relief as you sink into a warm bath. The first sip of coffee or tea in the morning. The way sunlight kisses your skin and you feel its warmth. The melody of bubbling laughter spilling from your lips. The deep exhale that reminds you—you are safe, you are held, you are loved, you are here.

If you want to truly embody pleasure, begin with your senses. Let yourself taste the richness of your food, the sweetness of fruit, the depth of chocolate melting on your tongue. Feel the textures that grace your skin—the silkiness of fabric, the warmth of a lover’s touch, the softness of a gentle breeze. See the beauty in ordinary moments—the way light dances through the trees, the deep colors of the earth, the glow of candlelight flickering in the dark. Hear the music of life—the rhythm of your own breath, the sacred laughter of those you love, the whisper of wind moving through the world. Smell the earth, the flowers, the sacred scents that ground you—the aroma of incense curling in the air, the deep musk of the forest, the perfume of blooming petals.

And then, slow down. Let pleasure unfold in its own divine timing. Savor your experiences, linger in your moments of joy. Sink into the delicious presence of now, where nothing is rushed, and everything is felt.

And most of all, give yourself permission. You do not need to deserve pleasure. You do not need to earn rest. You are inherently worthy of receiving pleasure simply because you exist - because existing in all its awakened senses will bring sacred pleasure to your everyday whether in the biggest pleasures or the tiniest moments of pleasure.

For when you receive pleasure, you honour the Divine Feminine and the essence of creation itself. Creating and playing is the universe expressing pleasure through you, with you and by you. In receiving the pleasure of the moment, you are worshipping the Divine Goddess herself. And if you move into an even greater understanding, in honoring Her, you help the world remember what it means to truly live, to love, to play, to rest, to create,

This Valentine’s Day, awaken your senses and let sacred pleasure be your devotion. Let yourself receive in ways you never have before. Allow joy, comfort, peace, creativity, and presence to flood your being. Worship the Divine Feminine by honoring your own delight—for when you receive fully, you bless the world with your radiant, unrestrained joy.

So today, beloved, let your pleasure be a prayer. Let your joy be an offering. Let yourself receive—fully, deeply, unapologetically.
