When the waves come crashing in, you might think it means you're doing something wrong—that you shouldn’t feel this way, or that you don’t want to. You can resist it if you wish, but the Divine offers a higher understanding, one that brings peace to the heart:

What if that crashing wave is here to cleanse you? To wash away the burdens, the dust, and the pain? What if the emotion you are wrestling with has come to purify you? Would you still fight it, or would you surrender, allowing it to roll through you, falling to your knees in gratitude as it frees you?

We struggle because we believe our emotions are wrong. Yet, they still exist. We wrestle with expressing our experiences, not realizing that we cannot move beyond the depths of the heart without releasing them. We long to move forward, yet hold onto the very thing we wish to let go.

The brave and courageous heart of Leo is fanning the flames of old wounds, worries, fears, and hidden hurts—so they can be burned away. You are not doing it wrong. You are not going backward.
