I’ve been noticing something lately... how often we move through life trying to assert, control, or hold onto power, only to feel it slip through our hands. How often the heart wants to guide, yet the mind and will insist on taking the lead. I've also noticed the Power of the Heart emerging through the energy.

Right now, the divine is offering a potent portal of reflection: With Saturn and Mercury now direct, and the Full Moon in Gemini illuminates the duality, the push and the pull, within all of us. The Twins are awake, alive, and reminding us that balance is not passive. It is not a quiet compromise. It is a dynamic negotiation between forces that are equally necessary.

Power is here, undeniably. It subtly demands recognition. Yet the heart is here too - soft, luminous, persuasive without force. Perhaps true alignment occurs when we stop trying to overpower the heart, and when the heart no longer sacrifices or bends to prideful ego, greedy ambition, or unrealistic expectation.

We are invited to witness our own power in a new way: to see where we have been moved by it, where we have been afraid of power, or where it has been wielded unconsciously, and to begin redefining what it means to carry authority, presence, and influence for ourselves.

The Sun and the Moon hold the lesson for us: they do not compete. They honour each other. They recognize that one is only fully alive and fully balanced in the presence of the other. The masculine and feminine within us - strength and softness, assertiveness and receptivity, will and intuition - are not enemies. They are the twins that guide us toward wholeness, balance and great power of the heart.

This is the challenge and the invitation of this Full Moon: to feel the tension between power and heart, to allow the dynamics to surface, to understand where we’ve been off balance, and to practice the quiet mastery of holding both within us. To speak in alignment with our heart, and allow our power to fuel a more fulfilling and whole path for us. 

When we do, power no longer dominates, but moves with grace. The heart no longer bends, but radiates with clarity, directed by our power. Influence becomes elegant, decisions become illuminations, and our presence carries a rhythm that others feel, but cannot disrupt.

This feels like the art of alignment. The dance of twin energies. The way power can serve the heart rather than rule it, and the way the heart becomes luminous when guided by wisdom and authority. 

This Full Moon, take a moment to ask yourself:
Where in my life has power overshadowed heart, or heart been subjugated to power?
Where can I honour both the masculine and the feminine within myself and allow them to move together in harmony?
What does it feel like when the Twins are in balance within me, fully awake, fully alive?

Breathe. Notice. Align.
Because this is not just celestial poetry. It is the reflection of your own inner cosmos, waiting to be integrated, honoured, and expressed.
